Farmers Villa CoLiving Space ★★★

We stayed in a private villa with our own pool, the villa was spotless, the pool was lovely and the bed was so comfortable we could have stayed in that bed all day

There wasn’t much facilities, maybe we didn’t explore the place that much but no restaurants

The room, lotus pond (with all the wildlife), the balcony. It’s on a main road so is well connected but it’s also quite hidden so it is quiet and private. Staff are friendly and helpful. Vegan restaurant called Two Sisters is about 17 minute walk away and is delicious. The beach is only a short walk from the restaurant. Opposite Two Sisters is an Indian restaurant called Babu which has lovely vegan options too.

No hangers in the wardrobe and when we requested some we weren’t given any. There’s a section in the bathroom where plants are supposed to be but ours didn’t have any plants, it only had soil and bits of rubbish.

Private house, with a private pool and a small deck with 2 sunchairs and table. Shower was great, airco working perfect and a good bed, and a small fridge. Our TV was not working, but we do not need TV op holiday anyway. WIFI was perfect! Close to shops and nice restaurants. We rented a fairly priced scooter at the reception and the also facilitated with a taxi to and from the airport.

The property is old, so do not expect a new place (i do not say it's not OK, but expect some imperfections such as a some rotten wood on the exterior etc.) One of the two public pools is not in use, but who needs two pools anyway, and the property does not offer a restaurant or shop.....but dont worry you van find more than enough food (and a 7-11) just s few minutes away

Unhelpful host with very bad English

it is nice ambiance, overlooking the lake with blooming flowers is lovely. houses are spacious and the view from the room is nice.

it could be cleaner. houses are also a bit outdated and they also have problems with hot water - hot water in the shower works only if you turn on water in the sink at the same time. that means that from the shower you can’t get the water pressure you would wish in order to shower, let alone wash your hair. for the price paid I would expect higher standards.

We liked the great location and the stunning environment with the rice fields around. The staff was very friendly, flexible and available. Even if close to the main road the estate was quiet, we had the pool for ourselves everytime. Overall really good quality price.

The resort is under renovation meaning the main pool and restaurant are not accesible although that was made perfectly clear before our arrival and reflected in our tariff. Besides, given that the doors could not perfectly close we had some mosquitoes in our room at night.

The service here was outstanding with the team making every effort to go above and beyond what was required - providing rides and advice, ordering take aways following a late night arrival, preparing packed lunches for early morning exits and more.

There were a couple of teething problems with the facilities following the post-Covid reopening, but the staff were incredibly responsive and addressed any issues immediately and effectively.

The perfect place for peaceful vacation. We booked a villa for two with private pool and we loved it! So big, clean and cozy! Highly recommended.

Would like more choice at breakfast.

The room was fantastic, very clean and spacious. The pool was also lovely and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Pick up from the airport was great and a guy was waiting with a name board as we got off the flight.

The property was not close to any shops/bars so a taxi was needed. Also one of the receptionists ordered a taxi for us to the wrong place which ended up in a costly bill, need to be very clear in future.

The food In the restaurant was fantastic. The room was beautiful snd clean. The location and setting was wonderful ,away from hustle and bustle of big city. Very perfect place for relaxation. The swimming pool was also large.

The staff are the only thing keep this place together, they are quick in helping and repairing the many problems i encountered.

Yhe breakfast is a very limited selection that after 3 days makes you get bored of their food. No maintenance waz done to the room prior my arrival and the hotel was empty prior my arrival, half the lights weren't working, the water heater short circuted the electricity and the AC was making ratling noises all night. The hotel is poorly lit and the age shows on all its facilities, it has not been mentainted at all. I booked this hotel thinking it is a fancy one with a good price but it thought me a lesson, you get what you pay for. No staff after 10 pm till 7 am

We had a private pool villa which was lovely, although the outdoor covered area with table and chairs under it caused the deck to be in shade after about 1600. We went to the main pool at that time, this is lovely, decent size with a good view of the rice field and lily pond. The staff were very helpful and polite. Plenty of good quality pool towels available. Room had good facilities, nice bedding, furniture etc. Good location with enough places to eat close by, beach 15 mins walk away, loads of 7 11’s etc on the doorstep. Very quiet and peaceful

Breakfast was quite limited although the chef and other staff couldn’t do enough for you! Housekeeping was done in the afternoon- we would have preferred morning

All staff is outstanding. They solved everything that you need at any time. The recommend many trips around the island. Also the staff of the restaurant is awesome as well as the food. I recommend this place if you are in samui

They should renew some parts of the hotel

Really nice clean hotel with a beautiful pool.

It is a little far away from the beach, but you can get there in a 5-10 min ride with one of the free bicycles they provide.

The best hotel we have been. It was almost empty only because it's 800m to the beach!!! If you cross the road it's full of restaurants and supermarkets. Very convenient. Good value for what we paid. About breakfast they do eggs as you want: fried, omelette, etc. Rooms where Big and spacious. Best pillows ever. You can rent a motorbike for 250 baths. Bikes are for free. Love It!

They should offer transfer from airport. It's a little bit away from It and we waited a lot. To come back they made paid us 800 bahts to t'he pier

I booked 12 nights in August 2018. The property looks and has a lot of potential. Big room with a spectacular swimming pool. Ac working perfectly, Tv is modern, Bathroom is big enough. Housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast staff was very nice with us. Bed is big and cozy.

The rice field don't look good in this period and during the low season the whole hotel wasn't fully functioning. Lights turned off, Swimming pool bar closed. I realised that there were probably 3-4 rooms booked out of 35, but still, you should be able to receive the usual experience. Breakfast is sometimes as buffet, and sometimes a la carte; however is not vary fancy and has only some basic food. The problem that is always the same. Every morning same thing to eat and very very basic. Breakfast staff is nice tho, very professional. Swimming pool in room is great, but it was never cleaned, even after request. After 12 days it can become quite dirty since there is a lot of wind and rain. Worse thing of all was from the receptionist. We needed transportation going to the airport and we were kinda late that morning, so we asked if she could arrange a car for us. She said no problem, it will be 800THB. We agreed and after 10 minutes she informed us that we have to wait at least 25-30 minutes more. So I asked her to call us a regular taxi since we were late. Guess what? She didn't. She said that She couldn't call one. We should be going at the airport only with their overpriced service. I was astonished, couldn't call one by myself since my phone couldn't make calls. We told her that we would have walk till the road and flag one down. She said ok. I was furious since it was hot, we had luggages and the main road is not so near. After spending 1350€, they didn't even called me a taxi.
